Virtue Cardiovascular Anti-aging
We in Virtue anti-aging believe in thinking outside the box and using precision in the patient evaluation and personalized care. It has been my long term desire to transform my interventional cardiology practice into purely preventive cardiology one in order to focus on the root problems for the growing cardiovascular epidemic, which still causes more deaths and disability than even Covid during its peak pandemic time and cancer. Giving my patients only the guideline directed medical therapy, endovascular stents or referrals for surgical procedures amounts only to putting a bandaid for the never ending cycle of advancing cardiovascular disease process which will further overwhelm invariably the unsustainable economically health care system in the USA. For me and many other physicians this does not bring the conviction and satisfaction that we are doing all the right things for our patients entrusting us with their care.
With the growing number and quality scientific studies showing clearly that by addressing correctly lifestyle, nutrition, fitness, sleep, stress and inflammation, we as society can prevent and reverse essentially most of the cardiac and vascular diseases and other health issues for the benefit of all people we treat. Yes we are still decades away from success but all of us cardiologists have to do our fair share first even if sometimes thinking against the grain or not complying with some of the rigid community based standards. .
However I want to make sure it is absolutely clear that our only intention is to join the growing number of colleagues integrating the mainstream medical practice and entreaching it with scientific but often ignored medical knowledge and practices to improve the overall care. .

Who are the patients we want to see and treat in Virtue Cardiovascular[CV] Anti-aging?
People with symptoms and conditions indicating any possibility for arterial blockages or other vascular issues including:
- Heart Attacks
- After Stents and Heart surgery
- Hypertension
- Diabetes
- High Cholesterol
- Obesity
- Family history of cardiac and vascular issues
- Stroke
- Heart and vascular related abnormal test results etc
- Venous disease
- Lymphedema and others
If all of the above raise concern to any one about their cardiovascular health and feel like there is a need to be evaluated further ,we will be happy to meet those patients and assess them with more detailed history, exams, labs and imaging to make sure the possibility and extent of their illness is reliably ruled in or ruled out.And whether disease is found or not a comprehensive plan based on current integrative medical knowledge and best practices is developed in order to prevent and/or reverse a disease process. All aspects of health will be addressed including maximal medical therapy, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, fitnes, stress, psychology and inflammation.
We are looking forward to taking a deeper dive into the health of our existing patients and new patients by using precision medicine and individualized care.
